This was a lighthearted, feel good read. Other books in the series. It was also a really quick read, so quick Matriimonio read it in just a few hours.

In a desperate move she drags an unconscious Jack into a church and marries him, claiming she is pregnant with his unborn child. Egh, this one was a totally frustrating read. Also, there was a lot of modern day slang used that took away from the historical aspect of the book. Overall, an okay way to pass the afternoon if you’re in the mood for this genre. If any of you are looking for something light and fun that will leave you nice and content then this is it.

Sleepless in Scotland 5.

Needless to say his alpha male side which I love a good alpha comes out and they eventually admit their love for eachother.

The romance is a little more smut and possible pregnancy that actually liking each other, there was a strange subplot about Jack learning all the names of his servants to prove pereftto cared for the sound of it, he sounded like he was good, if distant, employer which I found really out of place and make me want to skip it for the second-hand embarrassment I was feeling at the awkward conversations, and I wasn’t a big fan of Jack’s character development.

Jack here thinks he’s dreaming, cause the last time he saw Fiona was years ago though he never forgot her. Now, there are many a heroes Hawkiins have detested but Jack, oh Jack how I disliked you. Karen lives in balmy Orlando, Florida, with her husband, aka Hot Cop, and her two dogs.

Or maybe it’s a hailstorm – Gregor’s anger is so cold he brings on hail instead of just plain pouring-down rain like the others.

That’s quite an unusual way for a romance novel! Picture ‘Black’ Jack Kincaid thundering down a dark Scottish road when it suddenly begins to storm and the thunder startles his horse. Fiona was a very consistent woman and when she said she would do something in response to Jack’s behaviour, she did it.

Jack isn’t all too happy to find out he is married and that it is binding. I didn’t find the characters very interesting save for Fiona’s brothers but none of them were completely boring either.

Jack’s initial hxwkins view spoiler [ manhandling Fiona when he found they were married, intentionally saying hurtful things, leaving her alone after their first time etc hide spoiler ] didn’t endear me to him at all, so I guess that made it easier for me to ignore the moral issues with forci. The scenes where Fiona went out “carousing” and when they tried to make each other jealous hawkims so fun!

And because Jack was confused and Fiona stubborn, the relationship was adorable to read about. Jack is determined that his marriage will not affect his rogue lifestyle. This was a refreshing read! Kurguda bastan gelen bir kopukluk dikkatimi cekti. Jack never wanted to be in this position in the first place so he kept trying to find a way to be away from Fiona, emotionally at least cause he agreed to have a child to end the feud.

Jack falls off well, he’s very drunk!

How to Abduct a Highland Lord

I really enjoyed this book. Long ago, he and Fiona reveled in a youthful passion. I mean, it just brings Shrek to my mind and having a green heroine it just not my thing, you know!

With this feedback, she refined her craft, and sold her first book in And what a confrontation with Lucinda. He does, of course, and Jack spends the rest of the story trying to convince himself that he wants out of this marriage because he liked his life very much the way it was, thank you very much! The story is pretty predictable but in saying that it is still entertaining. Especially if you can imagine having 4 huge Scottish brothers to protect you.
